Dress - Quirk Box Shoes - Westside Belt - H&M Sunglasses - topshop Clutch - Primark
Don’t you think our lives have become so fast paced that sometimes we forget the whole point of living it that way? What’s life without adding a touch of fun every now and then to it? I think its very important to have fun with no matter what you do, be it work, running day to day errands or even picking out an outfit for the day.
Quirk box is a label that instantly caught everyone’s attention when it was first presented at the GenNext show at Lakme fashion week back in 2013. Why? Because of they’re idiosyncratic and adorably quirky prints. The label has come a long way ever since. This season the label stepped up its quirk game by showcasing prints like mini airplanes, typewriters and more on the runway. I was there watching the show and every piece I saw on the runway instantly brought a little smile on my face, and that is exactly what I think your clothes should do to you!
I was super excited when Quirk sent over some pieces from their latest collection, and this airplane colour pleated dress is one of them. First and foremost can we talk about how cool the print really is? I have mini airplanes all over my outfit! Besides the actual print, I have to mention how summer friendly their collection is with light weight soft cotton and sheer fabrics that are so great to stylishly beat the heat.
I added a belt to give a bit of a definition, along with my off-duty black sandals. I have more looks coming from the labels latest collection on the blog, so stay tuned!
